RETURNS

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returned earrings. If the bag containing the jewellery is unopened, the seal has not been damaged, we will accept refunds for up to 14 business days. We will make an exception if the plastic containing the products has not been opened.

If your purchase meets the criteria listed above, and you paid using Klarna, you can still return your item. Once you’ve purchased the item, Klarna will send you the invoice by email, the period you have to return the item will be listed on the invoice.

It’s important to note that using Klarna as a payment method will not affect your right to a refund. You will only pay for the items you keep. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN MY ITEM AND HAVE PAID FOR SOME BUT NOT ALL MY PAYMENTS?
